My computer has been rock solid until I installed the drivers/software for my Focusrite Scarlett 2i2. First the drivers included with it didn't work at all (DAWs couldn't see it, Windows kept saying it wasn't installing correctly), then I went to their site to get up to date ones, which installed "correctly", only now I keep getting BSODs that explicitly state Focusrite as the cause.
you might need to go into ASIO4ALL config and just enable the USB device. (It looks like a power on/off button). Alternatively, try another driver like WASAPI (assuming windows), which imo seems to work better. I assume you have also tried the native 2i2 driver.
